Today, BBC Radio 4 broadcast a documentary on a topic that I investigated for my multimedia project – the dying Romanian medical system and it’s lack of money.

I was thrilled that an investigation I did on my own, wandering the streets of Bucharest from sun rise till midnight, carrying so much luggage that I had bruises all over my body, was also covered by the BBC.

I have never talked about this experience, the most difficult, challenging and beautiful in my life so far, so I will dedicate my next blog post to it.

And what thrills me the most is that, although I am not a BBC foreign correspondent, but a very young journalist who knew no one in Romania and had never done investigative journalism there, I did it all on my own. Despite everybody’s warnings that I will not make it.

The story of my multimedia project Deadly cure, tomorrow’s blog post.
